Natalie’s responsibilities as Assistant Vice President – Actuarial Services include the development of company reserving practices and pricing standards. She also conducts actuarial analyses that are used to support our recommendations to improve a customer’s risk financing program.

Natalie was most recently Assistant Vice President – Actuarial Services for Midwest Employers Casualty Company in St. Louis, where she spent 8 years. As department head, she was responsible for all aspects of the actuarial department, including pricing, reserving, operations, and signing the statement of actuarial opinion. She also co-developed the company forecast and was involved in company strategic planning. Prior to that, Natalie spent 7 years with a national actuarial consulting firm, where she ultimately held the role of Actuarial Consultant. There she performed reserving and rate level indications primarily for HPL and workers compensation clients.
