Dianne is responsible for development of risk management policies, procedures, and staff to support proper risk evaluation in the initial underwriting and renewal of company insureds.

Dianne was most recently the Vice President, Clinical Risk Management for a large reinsurance company, responsible for developing and implementing a variety of health care risk management activities to support the efforts of healthcare organizations around the country. Dianne’s career in risk management spans more than 20 years in the hospital and insurance company settings as a nurse, hospital risk manager, corporate director risk management of a large integrated healthcare delivery system, and consultant in the insurance industry.
