Rick is responsible for oversight of potential high exposure claims along with the development and implementation of claims policies and procedures. As Claims Manager, Rick’s role also includes claims analysis, on-site review, creative resolution of complex claims, and litigation management.

Rick was previously a Claims Specialist with a large reinsurance company where he was responsible for hospital professional liability and long-term care catastrophic claims. Rick also served as the Center of Excellence for long term care cases throughout the United States. With over 20 years of claims experience, Rick has focused in the Southeast and Southwest regions of the country where he has held a variety of Claim Management positions that included technical oversight and guidance on physician, hospital, and general liability claims.
