As BerkleyMed’s Claims Examiner, Arlene’s responsibilities include gathering individual reported claim information for technical oversight on a national basis. Arlene also has responsibility for on-site review and consultative claim analysis. Arlene assists our clients by providing valuable insight into management of their retained layer risk.

Arlene was most recently Claims Manager for a regional mutual insurance company where she managed and evaluated physician and hospital liability claims and was responsible for the regional operations of a their claim office. Arlene’s 14 years of industry experience includes claim management, legal support and human resources administration in the insurance, legal and health care industries.
