Dave is responsible for underwriting in the Southeast Region. His responsibilities include account level underwriting and management of regional underwriting strategy, distribution and broker relationship management, marketing and achievement of territorial premium volume and profit targets.

Dave has 18 years experience working in the insurance industry. He started his career with various roles at an insurance carrier. For the past 10 years, he worked for two of the largest insurance brokers, with nine of those years specializing in healthcare. Prior to joining BerkleyMed, Dave worked as a Senior Broker and Director – New Business Coordination as part of his employer’s national healthcare practice. Within this position, Dave was charged with designing creative programs for his clients, as well as assisting in new business opportunities to help drive growth.
