Dana is responsible for underwriting in the Midwest region. Her responsibilities include account level underwriting and management of regional underwriting strategy, distribution and broker relationship management, marketing and achievement of territorial premium volume and profit targets.

Dana has specialized in healthcare professional liability for 12 years. She was formerly an Account Executive with a wholesale brokerage company, specializing in hospital excess liability brokerage, clinical risk and claims management consulting. She was responsible for placing traditional and alternative risk financing programs for medical facilities and physician groups, as well as program underwriting. Before entering the healthcare insurance industry, she served two hospital administrations in medical staff management and JCAHO survey coordination, over a 5-year period.
