Sales and Managing Directors
Managing Directors are responsible for client services and managing broker relationships within a specific territory.  They work closely with the internal departments of Claims, Clinical Risk Management, Data Services, and Underwriting & Policy Issuance as part of BerkleyMed's multidisciplinary approach.  This approach helps to provide solutions, promote coordination of services, and identify potential areas for improvement within the client's risk profile or insurance program, for which we can collectively work to resolve.

Data Services
The Data Services group is responsible for utilizing the company's proprietary benchmarking database to assist clients in identifying loss drivers.  They develop correlation analysis tools, peer group criterion, and numerous metrics used in the development of benchmarking reports for lead clients.

Claims Management
The BerkleyMed Claims Service team members each average over 25 years of experience with technical oversight and resolution of high exposure professional liability claims throughout the United States. Claims Managers are deployed regionally, placing them closer to clients and the jurisdictions they serve.

Clinical Risk Management
The Clinical Risk Management team works to provide direct client services, offering on-site evaluation, education opportunities, and year-round consultations to clients' risk management staff.

Underwriting and Policy Issuance
The Underwriting and Policy Issuance team is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of underwriting guidelines and practices for BerkleyMed.
